Mass change upload permissions via PHPMyadmin

Hello, I want to change around 30 of my albums to make it so visitors can upload files into them. I found where the setting is stored via PHPMyadmin in the "cpg149_albums" table.

How can I make it so using an SQL command I can change all settings for uploads from "No" to "Yes"
