[Solved]: No admin Rights or permissions

HELP!
I recently patched from 1.4.18 to 1.4.19. I am bridging to Joomla 1.5.6. Everything was working great but i was having trouble with settings for resizing thumbnails and files. Thinking the RESET TO FACTORY SETTING would put my admin setting to there default it seem as though it has reset my coppermine install completely. When I am presented with the login screen it says I do not have permissions. When I log in it says welcome admin and returns to the gallery page with no admin functionallity. i have tried replacing my CPG folders with a backup and replace the component folder as well and i get the same results "YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION" -> WELCOME ADMIN with no admin rights.
and no BRIDGEMGR rights either.
Thanks in advance for any and all help.

You need to restore a backup of the database, not the files.

After checking out the the database it seems the "bridge_enable" was set to 0 instead of 1 (I'm Bridging to Joomla) so I changed it to one and it seems i have admin rights again. so until the the next post -

Thanks again.
