Not sure if this is the right section but i need help urgently ...I can not log on to my gallery as admin...
can anyone out there help me ...i keep getting this error *****couldnt log in Try again *****

Do use the search next time.. searching with "Admin password reset" would give several hits.

Try this:

Using PhpMyAdmin open the xxx_users table find the user that have 1 on user_group, this user is admin change the user_password to "179ad45c6ce2cb97cf1029e212046e81" (without "") and now you have admin with "testpass" (without "") as a password .

If you don't know how to work with phpmyadmin then ask a friend to help out or ask your host for support.

Wow dangerous... if you do not understand what he is trying to tell you, you probably fall into the category of users that should not manage a web app.

Could you have typed in the wrong password or forgotten your password. He meant to say use the keywords to find out how to reset it.
