what do I need to do to fix this, whenever i tried to open my Gallery, it give me this error, please  help!!!!

Looks like you may have copied something from themes/sample/theme.php into themes/mytheme/theme.php and lost some comment lines. It's important you keep the comment lines in!

  i have do the rebug_mod as in the tutorial, but when i return back to my Gallery, it's still show me the same error screen as i posted above ...

I guessed you might have copied some themes/sample/theme.php code into a theme of your own, and that you had edited it - obviously I was WRONG!

Ignore my suggestion and follow Nibbler's advice.

Try to repair the table (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,10409.0.html). If that doesn't work then ask your host. If they can't help you might need to restore from a backup.
