Trouble w/ IPB Integration

A few members, who are authorized to upload, can view the gallery, but when they go to upload, it asks them to log into the forum.  Once they log into the forum, they head back to the gallery to upload, and encounter the same problem, and it's one big circle!

I will try, yet this is only happening to a few members, so will it solve anything?

Sounds like a cookie issue.

have them check that they are accepting cookies, and have them verify their client clocks are synchronized with the server clock.

Yes, I originally thought it was a cookie issue as well.  I tried to have them tweak some things, but no success.

I SOLVED THE PROBLEM!

In the IPB control panel, make sure the Cookie Domain is set to .your-domain.com.

I had it that way, but Coppermine's instructions said to blank all cookie settings.
