How do I make it so that people can upload images into specific categories rather than only into their user galleries??  If I create an album in it for the person, they are still unable to upload to it.

Set permissions on the groups page and album properties.

when i create another catagory (as admin) how can the members upload to this catagory other than the user alleries?
