I've tried searching around for a solution but haven't come up with anything.

My problem is when I try to batch add files. I click on one directory to add files, I got a 500 internal error. I know that may be out of the realm of support here and may be a host issue but it was just a little weird that it is happening with only one folder. In that folder, which is the largest I have, is over 2700 pictures, is the size of the folder giving the error?

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Keeping several hundreds (or even thousands) of files in one folder will definitely cause issues. Create sub-folders! Not related to permissions, moving accordingly.
