More then one user account

Hi,
Is it possible to stop people from re-registering with another username and email address please, as I want one account per person?

How should this mysterious feature work? How should the gallery know that two different user registrations with two different email addresses are in reality one and the same person? This is an invalid question imo.

Is it possible for the gallery to detect/record the ip address and check to see if a user has already registered?

IP addresses get assigned dynamically, so this wouldn't help much.

So the gallery can only detect if email address has already been used and they no other way of stopping users having multiple accounts?

No. As suggested above: if you resolve this problem (find an algorhythm that is able to determine that two different email addresses belong to one person), you'll be a magician and you will make a fortune selling your algorhythm.
