i downladed cpg1.4 and im register on stramm.st.funpic.org
when i musy download cpg1.4 folder?
do i have instal this with any program?
how can i change layouts and banner in my gallery?
please help me.

and, i'm don't now english so sorry for mistakes.

Install Coppermine. Make sure that it is working. Read the manual that comes with it if you have actual issue.
Once you're done, read the docs that come with Stramm's modpack and install it as suggested there if you actually need the modpack's additional features.
