Hi,

Would it be possible for a user to submit his own picture that would show up in profile?

Out of the box: no. Stramm's modpack comes with an avatar mod though.

where can one find this modpack?

In fact I'm having a hard time finding the available plugins and modules for coppermine at all. a general  arrow poiting me in the right direction would be most helpful :) I've been looking for a way to add a pic to the profile section for members for 2 days now :)
