change theme only for last comments

It need to change the subject but alone the part that pertains the last comments facendoli see in this manner: 

First line:  miniature --> comment

second line: miniature --- comment

etc

Someone it helps to change me the subject?

I have no idea what you're talking about Please rephrase. You might want to illustrate your question with real-life links (to your gallery).
