Fatal Error after trying to bridge
« on: February 20, 2008, 06:52:29 am »

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and XXX:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cpggetmicrotime() (previously declared in /home/wttls/public_html/gallery/include/init.inc.php:35) in /home/wttls/public_html/gallery/include/init.inc.php on line 37

Coppermine install: http://www.wttls.com/gallery
Forum install: http://www.wttls.com/forum
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.12
Forum version: phpBB 2.0.22
Test user account: Cannot create test account on coppermine but i can create one on phpBB if needed

BridgeManager settings: (Not sure on these)
Forum URL:  http://mysite.tld/test/foo_bar
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../bla/
Use post-based groups?:  0
Cookie name/preifx (if applicable)

If you need anything else feel free to email me or i will check back here tomorrow! When i try to do the recover from bad bridge it is giving me the same error message as if i was just trying to log on.

Coppermine version: cpg1.4.12
Upgrade! Most recent stable currently is cpg1.4.16
Test user account: Cannot create test account on coppermine but i can create one on phpBB if needed
When bridged, coppermine users are not taken into account, so we don't need a coppermine user account, but one from the app you bridge with.
Forum URL:  http://mysite.tld/test/foo_bar
Set it to http://www.wttls.com/forum/ - should be quite obvious.
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../bla/
Set it to ../forum/
If you need anything else feel free to email me
There is no support by email.
When i try to do the recover from bad bridge it is giving me the same error message as if i was just trying to log on.

Alternatively, use a third-party tool like phpMyAdmin to directly access your database, browse coppermine's config table, set bridge_enable to 0

Errr dont see a edit button! Ok i am looking to upgradeing this is my first time running a website so it takes me a while to figure it all out. I think i know where i went wrong though. I think when trying to bridge when asked relative path for forum i might have put .../gallery/ instead of /forum. Is there anyways to fix that?

Yea i got it... looks like when i was trying that last night i was still logged in and it wouldnt let me log out. So now i am running in stand-alone mode. but when i try to log in it gives me the welcome screen and when i click continue it puts me out to the front page not logged in (trying to log in as admin).

Thank you so much for the help.
