Accepting Rules before Uploading

Hello
How can I realise that:
If somebody upload a file there is a litte checkbox with the text "With the Fileupload you accept our Rules" and if he dont check that checkbox then a message return "You have to accpet our Rules if you want to uplaod a picture". It would be nice if the Error Message is shown like the messages "10 Upload are succsesfull". I hope somebody can show me which little code I have to add.

Edit upload.php to accomplish what you're up to. Not related to upload issues, but a matter of theming/hacking imo. Moving accordingly.
