I only have one album that I am using but I see two albums in php admin  cpg1410 &  cpg1410.  Can I delete one and if so how?

I THINK ..it's just thinking do not necessarily do it before asking anyone else
this is what i would do
rename one of them to "album" and see if your page works if it does not work delete the other one if it works delete it

not certain what you mean tho with 2albums php admin
if you mean to cpg databases then this should be the solution

cpg1410 looks empty where cpg1411 looks like it has data.  Here is a screen dump.

You are not talking about albums, but database prefixes. Look at include/config.inc.php to see what database prefix you are actually using and drop the tables with the other prefix.
