Able to have a "next" button to see next latest image?

Does anyone know if its at all possible to have a "next" button under the image that shows from your gallery, that when you click it, it will go through your images showing the next latest uploaded?

For example: http://livewirebb.com/index_test.htm

Under the image on the left bar where the image is showing I'd like to have a "next" link that would show the next latest updated image in there.
