Problem with the "Btach add pictures" function

Hello
When I want to use the "Btach add pictures" function and I select a directory the i get this error message:

Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 663 is not allowed to access /home/www/web11/html/space/bilder/albums owned by uid 0 in /home/www/web11/html/space/bilder/searchnew.php on line 178

Warning: readdir(): supplied argument is not a valid Directory resource in /home/www/web11/html/space/bilder/searchnew.php on line 179

Warning: closedir(): supplied argument is not a valid Directory resource in /home/www/web11/html/space/bilder/searchnew.php on line 189

What means this Error Mesage?

It means your server is in safemode.  Have you chmoded the folders to 777?  
Have you read the docs on 'SILLY_SAFE_MODE'.  See here http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/manual.php#safe_mode_issues

ok. Now, i have changed my server. I deactivated savemode.
Now i get this error message:

did you CHMOD correctly? Is the folder readable/writable for the script?
