Keywords not being pulled from page and put in google ads

I am the PHP programmer for State ISP, but, I have no clue why the keywords are not being pulled from the Iowa page and such.

The ads do not have any Iowa related ads within them... how do I fix this?

I need help asap... thank you.

I see some Iowa ads. Iowa is not mentioned anywhere in your meta tags or in the title tag - try adding it there and add some more textual content in the body of the pages.

Are you even using pnCPG?
