Problem installing Fatal Error on Line 21

I am having an issue when installing photo gallery onto my RH 9 machine.  I have installed PHP 4, MySQL and apache onto my RH box.  When I untar the photo gallery software into a directory called cpg and placed that in the directory of my website root.

When trying to run the install.php file i get an error message Fatal error: failure to open required inlcude/sqp_parse.php.

I obversely don't have this component installed.  where can i download this from?

should come with the coppermine package. Make sure you unzipped all files to the folders they should belong and check CHMOD settings (refer to documentation).
As well make sure you have configured php properly (php.ini): the include folder must be set (or not set at all).
