The bridge was successful, however, I don't see how to administrate Coppermine from the AdminCP... nor do I see anywhere that explains it.  Did I miss it?  Please help.

You don't administrate Coppermine from the AdminCP. You administrate Coppermine from Coppermine. It should recognize you as admin when you visit Coppermine while logged in as admin in vBulletin.
