How can I put alive link on an ecard

Sorry if this easy old school, but I need to put a link on an acard. On this card I would like to put a link to our blug http://www.mackinacindians.com/blog/ Would someone be willing to tell me where I should look.

Copy the ecard template from the sample theme into your theme.php and modify your copy.
