Critical error

"A category has a non-existing parent, runs the category manager to correct the problem."

Can some one please tell me what this means, and how to fix it.

You deleted a parent category, leaving a child category orphaned. Do as suggested, visit the cat manager and correct the problem.

Click on 'categories' in the admin menu, and find the orphaned category.  Click on it's edit icon, and then the parent category box.  select the new category there.
