How to turn the GZIP on?
« on: December 30, 2007, 10:36:27 pm »

How can I turn the GZIP output compression on? There's a lot of html code going out..
I didn't find anything on the forum.

Please help. My cpg is in version 1.4.x.

It's not a feature of Coppermine. Enable it in Apache or whatever you use.

Doesn't make as much sense in a photo gallery. The bandwidth used by the html output is fairly minor compared to that used by the images.
