Seeing the wrong page for index

Went through install and it all worked...but I'm seeing the admin page for the index page to the gallery...I've moved the phpadmin page to another folder but it's still showing up

thnxx it worked fine now,it was the upload program filezilla didn't complete uploading the files... :D
no am heading to insert the paypal into my site..... ;D
