xp upload limit folders

Hey i searched around but didnt find an answer.....

I was wondering if there is a way to select what folders show up on the XP upload tool.  I am the administrator and i have around 40 folders and about 30 of them are very old and i wont be uploading to those any more.

Modify the SQL query in xp_publisher.php
