How to manually change the title of the index.php

How to manually change the title of the index.php other than using Gallery Configuration.

That is the title when i remove the "Gallery name" from the Config ...

so now i want to name my index manually other than using Config....which file to edit to keep the title manually!!

<title>{TITLE}</title>but replacing the {TITLE} tag with your text will change the title for all page...
