Hello all I was looking at my lang folder and downloaded my english.php then after that I made some changes in it and uploaded it again but my menu got invisible here is my site

so after that I removed that change and uploaded again but the menu was invisible this time also so please let me know what to do now to make the menu working again

and was trying mass mail link but when  I saw my menu has gone so I removed it and uploaded it again but still my menu is not visible
