My current menu shows these as options

I understand that the top row is "{SYS_MENU}" and the bottom row is "{SUB_MENU}". The questions is what do I edit to change the contents of these rows. There are menu items I have turned off and I just want to remove them from the menu.

Nevermind, I see it is in theme.php. However, my classic theme did not have it laid out. I got it fixed tho.
