Update/upgrade from 1.4.10 to 1.4.14

Hello folks!

My CPG is 1.4.10.
I came here today and downloaded the last version 1.4.14 but i cant see how to update/upgrade from 1.4.10 to 1.4.14 in the documentation (is it out of date?). So I ran versioncheck.php but all are green (important things).  ???

So, what should I do to make my CPG up to date?

Docs are not out of date, in fact they are already updated for 1.4.15

I make a mistake  :-[  I decompressed cpg1414.zip file but saw in different folder!  :-[
