Banna Utenti con email caratteristica

Vi risulta esista un modo per bannare determinati indirizzi email.
Faccio un esempio, ho la necessità che utenti che si registrano con delle mail del
tipo 123.4567@xxxxx.xx vengano bannati, ovvero tutti quegli indirizzi che a prescindere
dell'estensione abbiano la caratteristica numeri-punto-numeri @xxxx.xx

Non credo che esista, ma sarebbe un plugin interessante.
