Hi,

I just installed Coppermine (Latest Version) and my aim was to have a gallery a bit like a cut-down deviantart.com with category's where any registered user can post an image.

For example, there's a member who want's to upload a photo into the 'Photography' section.

Each time I try this as a test user level account it says there's no albums that i can upload an image to, yet as an admin it works fine.

If someone can help i'd really appreciate it!

Make sure you allow that specific group to upload in the Groups console, and check each album's properties to make sure that group can upload to that album.
