Choosing album for every upload
« on: November 24, 2007, 07:21:57 pm »

Hi!

I have over 100 albums, almost one for every country in the world. Everything works fine and I love this software. One thing is a bit annoying though. If I upload 10 pictures for example, for each and every picture I have to use the drop down menu to choose the album and this is a bit annoying especially when you have 100 albums and when all pictures will go into the same album anyways. Is there a way to go around this? Like an option to choose an album for all pictures?

Thank you.

I tried the documents but I still didnt understand. Also I read this:

Giving FTP-access to other users can pose a serious security threat, this is why batch-add is only available for the coppermine gallery admin.

I want all users to be able to do this.

You can't. It's an admin-only feature.
