Creating user album in current catagory

ok guys i am sorry if i posted this is wrong place ..ok there are user reg in my photo gallery .. and when they upload pics it goes to the user gallery .. can i change the configs and make it like this

there are existing 6 catagory in my site .. user can register and when they upload pic they get option to give their own album name but they can choose which catagory fits for it ...

Permissions don't go by category, but by album. Create at least one album within your public categories, then use the album properties dialog and set "visitors can upload" = "yes" for that album. Finally go to the groups page and make sure that you have allowed your registered group to upload to public albums.
