What "promise" do you need? If you need permission of someone to do something, then ask that person, not us.

The documentation contains dozens of pages (when printed) - you can hardly expect someone to translate it to Hebrew just for you. You better ask a friend who speaks both English and Hebrew to translate the important parts for you. None of the current dev team members or supporters actually speaks Hebrew as far as I know.
