User upload not able to

hey guys ..  i enabled user reg and i did user mode and tried to creat upload picture and it says not acess.. what config do i have to change .. and admin mod please just say the answer than telling search or something ..

user mode is not meant to show you what regular users can do - it is just disabling admin controls, that's it. Is being explained in detail in the docs. Never leave admin mode if you have no idea what user mode is meant for. To find out what your users can do, create a regular user account and log in with that account.
Read the documentation as well to figure out what permissions you can give upload wise - the "group control panel" and "album properties" are the sections to look into.
