hey! i try to make registered (group) to uploade to the public (in the start menu)

i have choosen make registered group to get acces to public in the group menu!

i dont know why it dont happens?

and another thing is that when a user is changing his user details it come up an message like: the email is allready used.

and the last thing is when i choose the language to be english instead of norwegian (yes im norwegian)
it would not change, the user/s have to change it them self.
