cant bridge?

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and phpbb3:
I enter forum url, enter path to config, not sure on cookie path?

when i click next i get
'Error     
   
You don't have permission to access this page.'

any one have any ideas?? heres info

Forum install: http://hardstylenation.net/forum
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.2
Forum version: Download phpBB 3.0
Test user account: TESTACC / TESTPASS

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://hardstylenation.net/forum
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../forum/
Use post-based groups?:  0
Cookie name/preifx (if applicable)

ok it let me go through and do it, but when i then went to my galery it had

'no input file'so i undid bridge?

Coppermine only comes with a bridge file for phpBB2. There currently is no officially supported bridge for phpBB3. You're welcome to test the preliminary beta bridge file for phpBB3 that has been user-contributed. However, you have to keep in mind that the bridge file for phpBB3 goes unsupported.
