disable the "Last comments" function

Hi there,
  Coppermine is a very good package and quite flexible. I was able to disable the "Last comments" in the main page. But I would like to remove it from the links at the top of the page too. (Those links under the gallery name).
  I played with the index.php a little but was able to do it. Could you tell me how to do that?
