THEME VBULLETIN

WHY IN THE NEW VERSION OF COPPERMINE THERE ISN'T THE THEME VBULLETIN? I WANT THIS THEME FOR INTEGRATE COPPERMINE WITH MY VBULLETIN...

Don't shout at us. Writting in all-uppercase is being considered as "shouting". Asking "why does something not exist" simply doesn't apply - nobody has contributed such a theme probably. The theme you refer to has never been part of coppermine, in no version ever.
If you need a custom theme that doesn't come with the coppermine package, browse the demo (using the theme selector), find the theme that matches your needs and then download it from the download section.
A link to the demo is available at the top of the screen as well as a link to the download section.
If you can't find the exact theme, then we simply don't have it. You're welcome to pick one that comes closest to what you need and customize it to fit your needs.
There can't be a vbulletin theme, as vB is proprietary software - we couldn't provide a theme for it even if we wanted to, as it is copyrighted and illegal to "steal" or port it.
