Removing obsolete stuff from the vanity

Hello,

I'm willing to remove

align="center" style="padding-top: 10px;"from the copyright notice. I want to keep its content, but I want to externalize all my styles in my CSS only.
I want a valid page and I'm trying to clean everything containing obsolete stuff from the theme.

If anyone can help please ? (I could provide a site link if needed to verify that I don't remove the copyright notice, if needed please contact me using private messages, please)
