upgrade from 1.4.10 to 1.4.13 versionchek.php page is blank

i upgraded from 1.4.10 to 1.4.13
uploaded all the files and directories except 2 files and the album directory ...

went to the url http://www.maujmasti.net/coppermine/update.php

there were ok images and already done comments ...

then when i went to http://www.mastimagic.org/coppermine/versioncheck.php 
a blank page is displayed ..

Your gallery seems fine
BTW Enable debug mode to see the actual error

enabled the debug mode .. still i get a blank page..

The error message that I can see is

i was restoring the database may b its then that u tried to access the gallery ..
u can check the gallery now ..
