User Uploading Question :)
« on: August 24, 2007, 01:04:56 pm »

ok! i checked the boards, couldnt find a proper answer to my question, so im going to post it best i can.

now, i have a gallery with around 150 categorys, and over 600 albums LOL, dont ask, anime site (clean type), now, i have users wanting to upload pictures directly to albums, in certain categorys, i have ran about the gallery, created a "group" (which is set to beable to upload with admin permission each upload, and no limit on their upload size), but im unable to figure out how to allow users in such a group to upload to pre-set albums outside the "user galleries" category? im hoping there is a way for them to freely upload if they are set into the group :) any information would be great :D

You haven't searched thoroughly, nor did you read the documentation. Re-read it now. Set permission "visitors can upload files" in album properties.
