I want only admin could create "private albums"

Hello, Im newby with Coppermine and I have a doutbt.

I wanna set that only the admin could create restricted albums and registered users only could create public albums.

Can I do it?

No. Regular (non-admin) users can not create albums in public categories, but only within their user gallery. Please read the documentation.
The term "restricted albums" is not being discussed in the docs and I have no idea what you mean.
