I have a little problem with the top menu

Top Menu (Login,Search...) should be yellow and not blue...

that doesnt work.

sorry for the very late answer.

Beside the top menu there're two other problems.

Also the other boarder colors seems to be white/blue and not only white.

Either use Web Developer Extension (for firefox) or Internet Explorer Developer Toolbar (Microsoft) to find out which style you should change for those
