Meta Title Edit ? Can I ?

Hey

 I want to know if we can edit the meta title. Edit this <title>MYPHOTO - Categorie/HAHAHA</title> to <title>MYPHOTO - Categorie - HAHAHA</title> How ? Which file to edit? Please help me.
