If you mean the 'e-card' icon, open themes/yourtheme/theme.php, and search for
Code: [Select]
<td align="center" valign="middle" class="navmenu" width="48">
                        <a href="{ECARD_TGT}" title="{ECARD_TITLE}"><img src="images/ecard.gif" width="16" height="16" border="0" align="absmiddle" alt="{ECARD_TITLE}"></a>
                </td>

Replace it with an empty cell.
