When i try to upload photo with user mode, system says "You must create an album". I tried to create an album but it only allows creating albums into personal catagory. How can i let my users to upload their photos into other albums in different categories?

Create Public albums as an admin
regular users can't create public album

Don't go into user_mode if you have no idea what it actually does; it is not meant to show you what regular users can do. Read the documentation that comes with Coppermine, your question is answered there as well as in countless posting on this board. This is related to permissions, moving to the correspodning board (from the uploads board).
