If Im not mistaken,  did you possibly install an additional cpmfetch folder to your gallery?

In an attempt to Call Cpmfetch twice on one page I installed an additional Cpmfetch folder to my gallery folder and also received the CF ERROR. 

If this is the case,  Look at

to learn how to call multiple Functions with cpmfetch.
