Like what Postnuke, pnCPG, Coppermine versions you're using.

Was this a new install, an update or happened all of a sudden after it worked for awhile?

If this was a new install, what steps did you take to install everything?

This is so that even users who may not know exactly why the error occurs, can help you with the problem if provided with enough information.

On a completely unrelated note, it is not too hard to spell "please".
