First of all: this is not a hotline.
The question you posted has been asked very often already - searching the forum for your error message would have told you so. The error message you got is not related to coppermine, but to webserver setup. Ask your webhost for support.
Sending me the very same question you asked here in a PM is very rude and impolite: you agreed to respect board rules that clearly say that there is no individual support and that you mustn't PM devs/supporters. Behaving so rudely is not a bright idea when asking for free support.
