[Closed]: Looking for someone to change up our gallery

We have everything up we just want to change it up a bit (make it solid color white in the bg, and all the titles, headers, frames, etc. a light blue color) and remove features like view count, voting, etc. We also want to add an image at the top for the header.

Can anybody help? Thanks.
